I created this scene using stamps and embossing powder. The papers are from the Origins Paper Pad from Basic Grey. The stamps are from The Playful Animals Collection. It turned out cheery and fun, don't you think?

I've always wanted to make a card with no dimension or layers but somehow all my attempts lacked success. Well, I tried it again today and I liked it! I think this one is simple but pretty. Hope you like it too!

Anyway, it feels good! I just sat with a few supplies around me and started trimming...and stamping...and assembling things together... Here's the result!

A ideia inicial era alinhar os dois papeis, o liso e o às riscas, mas como principiante que sou, não fixei os cortantes e o resultado foi ter que mover o papel às riscas para que os recortes ficassem alinhados. Mas até que gostei do resultado!

I know it's been a while since I last posted a card but these last few days have been crazy. Had to get back to work after 4 lovely but short months full time with my baby girl. Have to admit that it put me a bit down. Anyway, it's time to move on so there will be another card here soon....

The castle is from the first rubber stamp set I bought. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it online but the truth is that I had never figured out a way of using it. It seems that I have now! :) Hope you like it!
