I made this card using a stamp set from Hero Arts. I coloured the cupcakes with markers, added a bit of Stickles, some ribbon and a button.

I had so much fun creating this card. I did the embossing resist technique with some beautiful Distress Inks! Some ribbon, a happy sentiment and here's my card!
