I can't believe it's been THREE months since my last post! I'm so, so sorry for that! No real reason for my absence, really. The beginning of the school year is always stressful and this year it was a little bit more stressful than ever! I guess I needed all this time to settle down and get used to my new routine! This year I don't have much free time that means I hardly have any time for card making. But I HAVE a job and I think I should be grateful for that, right?!

I'll be back soon with some cards that I've made for Christmas! Stay tuned!

When Max & Whiskers collection came out (here in Portugal, I should add), I fell in love with it right away. Impulsive as I am, I bought loads of things from that collection. This to say that there will be many, many, many cards with the same kind of papers!

Hi there! Today is my 5th wedding anniversary so I thought I could make a card for my dear hubby. As I still struggle to make masculine cards, here is what I came up with! I used glossy accent on all the tinny hearts and water colour pencils on the stem and leaves. Hope you like it as much as I do!

A ideia inicial era alinhar os dois papeis, o liso e o às riscas, mas como principiante que sou, não fixei os cortantes e o resultado foi ter que mover o papel às riscas para que os recortes ficassem alinhados. Mas até que gostei do resultado!

When I saw this card on clips-n-cuts website I just fell in love with it! Isn't it beautiful?! So,I got myself the stamps and here is my version of it. Changed the sentiment, changed the colour of the flower, don't have any speech bubbles (yet!) so I used a paper rectangle. And the ribbon..well it's not really a ribbon! It's the back of the adhesive of my Glue Glider Pro!

Amanhã é o dia do tão famoso e sempre aguardado almoço do Sr. de Matosinhos em casa da tia Isabel! Este ano, mais do que qualquer outro, é especial porque é o 1º da minha bébé linda.

Como sou apenas uma amadora, há uma série de material que eu adoraria ter mas que infelizmente ainda não tenho. Nomeadamente carimbos ou rubons com frases para usar nos meus postais. Não tive mesmo outra alternativa e lá usei a minha mão e uma caneta de gel para deixar uma mensagem à Benedita, neta da tia Isabel. És mesmo fofa, Benedita! E viva o Sr. de Matosinhos!!
