Using punched circles is a perfect way to have a scalloped border. So easy to make! Just look at the little banner with the toothpick! Isn't it cute?!

 This is probably my favourite card over the ones that I've made lately! I find it so elegant! I love the embossed vellum butterflies on the craft paper.
